Legal analysis: After a credit card is overdue, the overdue record will be submitted to the credit report. If it is overdue for 6 years, the overdue record will also be kept for 6 years. This kind of overdue record has formed a stain on the credit report. No matter what credit business the user applies for, it will not pass the review. And if you never repay, the overdue record will be kept. Only when the user settles the credit card debt, the overdue record will be deleted after 5 years, so that the user's credit report has the possibility of recovery.
