Article 43 When accepting credit cards, the handling personnel of special units shall review the following contents:

(a) It is indeed an acceptable credit card for the company;

(two) the credit card is not included in the "stop payment list" within the validity period;

(3) There is no "sample card" or "special card" on the signature strip;

(4) The credit card has no traces of punching, cutting corners, destroying or altering;

(5) The photo on the cardholder's ID card or card is consistent with that of the cardholder;

(6) The pinyin name on the front of the card is consistent with the signature on the back of the card and the name on the ID card.

A bank applying for credit card business shall submit the following information to the bank:

(1) An application report;

(2) Articles of association and card sample of the credit card;

(3) Credit control, risk management plan and telecommunication equipment;

(4) Resumes and relevant materials of the principal person in charge of the credit card department;

(5) Information about joining international credit card organizations;

(6) Other information required by the bank.
