The funds of CITIC Bank Credit Card Express will be transferred to any bank's debit card or CITIC Blue Card in my name. If the card number provided does not match the bank name, the transfer will fail. If the debit card of CITIC Bank has signed a new financial platform, precious metal gold account, national debt account, third-party depository of bulk commodities, fund account and other businesses, it must be cancelled before the funds can be transferred.
