2. You can also use the mobile phone number reserved in CCB to edit the short message "CCZZ# last 4 digits of card number # amount # period number" and send it to 95533 to apply for bill installment;

3. You can also dial the customer hotline of CCB 4-82-8, select "7-3" and follow the voice prompts to complete the application;

4. Personal online banking users can click "Apply for bill installment" in personal online banking and select "Credit card inquiry-select card number-inquire about issued bill-apply for bill installment" to complete the application.
