Cash withdrawal of credit card overpayment

At present, ICBC, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Minsheng, Huaxia, China Everbright, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and many other banks have implemented free cash withdrawal for credit card overpayments, and some credit cards of Agricultural Bank of China and Bank of China do not need to pay handling fees to withdraw overpayments from local banks.

It is worth noting that each bank may withdraw the overpaid part differently, and even the same bank may charge different fees because of different card types. For example, the credit cards of ICBC, China Construction Bank and Bank of Communications do not need to pay the handling fee for overpayment in local banks. However, if cardholders withdraw cash in different places or across banks, the charging standards of each bank are different, and some banks have restrictions on different credit card types.

The handling fee for remote withdrawal or transfer is generally 0.5%~ 1% of the transaction amount, which also means that if you want to withdraw 100 yuan in cash, you may have to pay 100 yuan.
