2. The inquiry steps of mobile banking are as follows (taking China Merchants Bank as an example):

1. On the mobile desktop, find the client of China Merchants Bank and click Enter.

2. click register or login. if you forget your account, you need to retrieve your password. if you don't forget it, you can log in normally.

3. After logging in successfully, click My Options in the lower right corner.

4. click on the location in the figure below-line credit, so that you can see the complete loan information.

5. In the new page, you can see the total amount of personal credit of users.
