1, overdue repayment. If there are too many overdue payments and the arrears are too long, banks have reason to restrict credit cards. Under the bank's telephone dunning, if there is still no repayment, it will constitute a malicious overdraft, and the bank has the right to sue in court.
2. Cash risk. It is illegal to cash in or earn points with a credit card, or the bank unilaterally thinks that the card is risky to cash out, so it will monitor, reduce the quota, limit the credit card and close the credit card.
3. No credit card records. In other words, once the credit card is completed, it is rarely used for consumption, and the bank may automatically restrict the card.
There are two ways to cancel the credit card limit of CITIC Bank. One is to negotiate with the bank. The bank will check the cardholder's consumption records in the last six months and compare the monthly credit card records with repayment records. If the monthly balance is almost the same, it means that the cardholder may have returned the card, and the cardholder may be required to provide invoices for related consumption to clear the suspicion. If it can be provided, it means that it is real consumption, and the limit will be lifted immediately. If it cannot be provided, it can only be cancelled if the card is used for at least half a year and repaid on time.
The second is to complain to the CBRC. It is said that banks may compromise if they complain to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Complaints need to be in written form, detailing the time and place of the complaint, the branches involved in the dispute, the course of the incident and the reasons. After the complaint, the CBRC will give feedback to the bank and supervise its handling, but whether the ban can be lifted depends on the bank.
