(1) On-site supervision and background supervision
1, bachelor degree or above, major not limited;
2. More than three years experience in customer service team management, and certain professional knowledge such as scheduling management, operation analysis and complaint handling of bank customer service centers is preferred;
3. Good writing skills, able to skillfully use office software to independently produce various forms of documents and reports;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills and strong large-scale team management skills.

(2) Agent
Household registration is not limited, age 18-40 years old, male or female, good pressure resistance, quick thinking, hard-working, college degree or above (must learn the letter online search), major is not limited, fluent in standard Mandarin, clear articulation, able to adapt to shift work system, good team spirit and high sense of responsibility.
