How to activate ICBC credit card?

The customer service hotline is activated. Users can call the ICBC customer service hotline 95588 and follow the voice prompts to enable it.

The repayment due date for ICBC credit cards is the last date for ICBC credit card holders to repay the current bill. If the repayment is made in full before this date, the user will be exempt from interest on the amount owed to the bank for the current transaction (excluding withdrawals).

The repayment due date for ICBC credit cards is generally 25 days after the bill date (as shown on the bill). The billing date of ICBC credit card can be modified once a year. The currently available billing dates include the original 1st and 19 new billing dates, ranging from 8th to 26th.

Please keep the card properly and do not put the card, ID card, and password together or disclose the card password to others. . Avoid placing the card near a magnetic field to prevent the card from being broken or the magnetic strip scratched. Please check regularly to see if the card is lost, and do not lend the card to others.

If your credit card is lost, please report the loss through ICBC e-Life, ICBC e-Banking (mobile banking), online banking, telephone banking or business outlets (loss reporting cannot be done with electronic cash).

After making a transaction with the card, please carefully check the date, amount and other important information on the transaction voucher, sign it after confirming it is correct (except for visa-free transactions), and keep the transaction receipt.
