First, call the credit card center for consultation. At least your ID number is remembered. If you don’t remember it, go home and look for the household registration book. It is in the household registration book. Then you provide your ID number, phone password, consumption password, work unit, relatives' names, home address and other information you filled in originally, so that you can contact the bank. You can close consumption first and report the loss of your credit card.
Second, after you get in touch with the bank, you can ask the bank to check your information and ask the bank to issue a replacement for you without an ID card.
Thirdly, regarding repayment, as long as you provide what I told you above, the bank will provide you with the card number, so you don’t have to worry. All you have to do now is report the loss immediately.
Hope this helps.
