In Belgium, if the merchant's POS machine supports UnionPay channels, you can make purchases in single currency. ICBC credit cards are single currency, that is, they only support RMB. You can only use UnionPay channels and POS machines with the UnionPay logo.
You can withdraw cash by applying for an overseas credit limit with a bank credit card. The overseas credit limit can only be activated if you want to spend money abroad.
Overseas cash withdrawal limit:
1. Overseas cash withdrawal limit: Generally, the daily withdrawal limit through UnionPay channels is the equivalent of RMB 10,000.
2. Overseas cash withdrawal restrictions: The cumulative daily cash withdrawal amount for each overseas non-UnionPay account shall not exceed the equivalent of US$1,000. The cumulative amount within one month shall not exceed the equivalent of US$5,000. The cumulative amount within six months shall not exceed the equivalent of US$1,000. No more than the equivalent of US$10,000.
3. Overseas cash withdrawal handling fee: Overseas cash withdrawal handling fee is 3% of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of 3 US dollars or 30 yuan per transaction (American Express Card-Centurion Black Gold Card, American Express Card - Centurion Platinum Card charges a minimum of USD 5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash withdrawals.
