Apply for card replacement in mobile banking.

1. If the Bank of Communications card has expired, you can choose to apply for card replacement in mobile banking, or go to a Bank of Communications branch or Zhiyitong device in person with the card and ID card to apply for card replacement.

2. The transportation credit card is about to expire. The bank will automatically send a new card to the billing address. The card number will remain unchanged. It can be used after activation and the old card will become invalid. If you have not received the new card, you should call the bank’s customer service number for consultation.
