Overdraft interest is the interest generated by consumption after the credit line of credit card is used up, and the repayment amount on the due repayment date also needs to include overdraft amount and interest. If you don't have enough funds to repay, you can choose to pay the minimum repayment amount first, which will not affect your credit. But remember that there must be no overdue, which will affect credit. If it is a credit card overdraft, there will be a handling fee in addition to the above interest. The amount of overdraft withdrawal is generally 30% of the credit card amount, and some banks' credit cards are 100%.

Usually, when the credit card fails to repay in full on the interest payment date, the bank will temporarily list it as a collection note and call the borrower to remind him to repay within 7 days. If it is paid within 7 days, the bank will not charge any late fees. However, if the loan is not repaid for more than 7 days, the bank will classify the loan as "collection" and "deferred repayment", and then it must pay a late fee or penalty interest. As long as you enter the blacklist, mortgages and car loans will be affected. Penalty interest is only a loss of money, and a bad credit record is a loss of intangible assets, and its influence cannot be compensated by money.
