2. Whether the email password is correct, you can re-associate the email and re-enter the email password;

3. Check whether the credit card is within the scope of supported credit card repayment.

At present, the banks that support bill inquiry are (Industrial Bank only supports Taobao co-branded cards to inquire bills):

How much is the bill owed? Only RMB can be displayed. If you need to know the arrears in other currencies, please contact the bank for advice.

Credit card bill inquiry process:

1. Log in to Alipay account (click here to enter) and enter the application center-credit card repayment-bill inquiry;

2. Select the credit card number to query, and click "Query Now";

3. We can find out: the total credit card repayment amount in this period, the outstanding amount in this period, the minimum repayment amount in this period, and the due repayment date. Click the corresponding field with the mouse, and the corresponding comments will be displayed:

Comments:

Total amount payable in this period: the total amount of credit card bills in this period.

Open amount in current period: the remaining open amount of credit card bill in current period.

Minimum Outstanding Amount in Current Period: the remaining outstanding amount of the minimum outstanding amount in the current credit card bill.

Due repayment date: the latest repayment date of the current credit card bill. If the credit card bill is not repaid after this date, interest and late fees may be incurred.

4. Fill in the amount to be repaid and submit the repayment application.

Tips: Only Bank of China has repaid the "minimum outstanding amount in this period" according to the inquired bill, and the minimum outstanding amount on the Alipay bill display page will be updated the day after the repayment is successful.

5. Click to submit the repayment application and enter the cashier for repayment.
