There are many ways to report the loss of credit cards of China Construction Bank:
1. Log in to the CCB mobile banking client and operate through the Credit Card - Credit Card Loss Report menu;
2. Log in to China Construction Bank Online Banking and operate through the Credit Card - Credit Card Management - Credit Card Loss Report menu;
3. Call the China Construction Bank Credit Card 24-hour service hotline 400-820-0588 and follow the prompts to report the loss;
4. With your original ID card, verbally report the loss at the counter of the nearest CCB branch, and apply for a formal loss report at the counter of the branch within five days. After seven days, go to the original bank where the loss was reported with the official loss report form to replace the card.
If you report the loss of your CCB credit card, you will be charged a loss reporting fee. After you report the loss through CCB’s mobile banking and online banking channels, the system will no longer issue a replacement card by default; therefore, if you still need to use it after reporting the loss, you still need to After reporting the loss online, call the CCB customer service hotline as soon as possible to apply for a replacement card.
The card will be printed and sent out within 3 working days after calling the customer service hotline to apply. The customer service staff will ask you whether it is by regular mail or express delivery. It usually takes about 10 days for regular mail to be received, and express delivery usually arrives in three or four days. However, if you want express delivery, you have to pay the cost yourself. The customer service staff will inform you how much it will cost before sending it.
