On the bezel in front of the set-top box, there is a small grid that reads: smart card slot. Press it and the card slot will open. Just pull out the smart card directly. There are some smart card numbers on the smart card.

Smart card: plastic card (usually the size of a credit card) embedded with a microchip. Some smart cards contain microelectronic chips, and smart cards need to interact with each other through card readers.
