Bank of China Great Wall Yuetong ETC card account cancellation is divided into two categories of customers:

1. Yuetong co-branded card customers: You need to complete the bank card cancellation and then complete the issuer's cancellation of two step. Bank cancellation: You can go to any Bank of China branch in Guangdong Province (except Shenzhen) to apply for ETC cancellation and call the Bank of China credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 to pre-cancel the credit card. The branch will send your cancellation request to the branch for processing; the issuer cancels and the bank completes the cancellation. After canceling, you can enter "Tag Cancellation" through the "Yuetong Card" official account and fill in the applicant's name, mobile phone number, license plate, tag number and other information online to complete the cancellation, or you can go directly to the Yuetong Business Office to handle it.

2. "Two cards separated" model customers: If you apply through the personal mobile banking terminal, "Bank of China ETC" WeChat applet or Guangdong Yuetong Card applet, you can apply to Bank of China Guangdong Province ( Apply for a "Cancellation Letter" at any outlet (except Shenzhen) and cancel online through the "Yuetong Card" APP/mini program. You can reapply for ETC after the Yuetong Company returns the cancellation result. If you still need to cancel your credit card account, you need to go to the branch to handle the ETC card cancellation operation.
