2. Foreign currency bill installment application: send "the last four digits of CCFF# card number" to 1069095599, and you can apply for foreign currency bill installment according to the highest installment amount of the previous bill;

3. Maximum installment amount inquiry: send "the last four digits of CCDD# card number" to 1069095599 to inquire the maximum installment amount of the bill issued in the previous period.
