4. The annual fee for the supplementary gold card is 150 yuan/year. The annual fee is generally charged once a year, starting from the date of issuing the card, not the natural year. The Credit Card Center of China Merchants Bank or its partners will advance the annual fee reduction for you in the first year. Within a whole year (from the date of issuing the card), you can reduce the annual fee for the next year as long as you spend six times on a single card (regardless of the amount). This policy applies to most credit card products of China Merchants Bank, but some high-end credit cards may have different annual fee policies.
