1. open wechat, click the plus sign icon in the upper right corner and select "add friend".

2. on the page of adding friends, select the "group chat" option.

3. On the group chat page, click the "New Group Chat" button in the upper right corner.

4. on the new group chat page, enter the name of the group chat, such as "credit card exchange group of a certain bank", and set up the group announcement and group avatar.

5. Then, click "OK" to create a new group chat successfully.
