2. Applicants may apply for no more than two supplementary cards for their spouses or relatives with full capacity for civil conduct. Documents that the applicant must provide:

1) work certificate (usually the original work certificate stamped with the official seal of the personnel department of the unit)

2) proof of income (usually the original work certificate stamped by the financial department of the unit). If the salary is paid by the bank, you can directly provide the bank account number or provide a copy of the designated statement or passbook as required by the bank).

3) Identification certificate (domestic resident ID card, household registration book, home visit certificate, military ID card, passport and other identification documents accepted by banks).

The above three documents are generally indispensable.

Applicants can choose to provide property certificates, education certificates, education certificates and other documents to improve the approval rate and credit line. It is not necessary to provide all these documents, but the more they provide, the better they will improve the approval rate and credit line.
