The annual fee of ICBC credit card gold card and ordinary card can be reduced or exempted if they spend 5 times or the consumption amount reaches 5,000 yuan (or equivalent foreign currency) in the current year. The annual fee of this year can be reduced if the accumulated consumption of Platinum Card Credit Card reaches RMB 200,000 (or equivalent foreign currency) in the card year. Black card can't reduce the annual fee.
