1. Gift redemption: Cardholders can download, register and log in to "Haoxingdong App" of Industrial Bank → click "Xingdong Mall" → point gifts → select the gift to be redeemed → click "Buy Now" → confirm the delivery address → confirm the order → view the order details → Next → enter the "payment password". Note: redemption of points for gifts requires opening the fast payment function at Xingdong App Station. If the cardholder has not opened it, please log in to Xingdong App→ My → Settings → Card Management Menu to open it.

2. Redeem air miles: Users can click "My-Points-Consumption Points" on the "Good Action" APP to redeem air miles.

3. Annual fee exchange: Cardholders can call the customer service hotline of Industrial Bank, transfer to manual service, and apply for points exchange for annual fee from customer service staff.
