The Spring and Autumn Dragon Card is divided into gold card and regular card. Both of them are free of annual fees for 3 purchases or cash withdrawals per year (no limit on the amount), and online purchases are also counted. If the card is opened but fails to complete the specified number of transactions as required, an annual fee will be charged. The annual fee for the regular card is 80 yuan, and the annual fee for the gold card is 160 yuan.

The year for calculating the annual fee is not a natural year. It is calculated from the time the credit card is approved. 12 consecutive months are considered as a card holding year.

For example, if your card was approved in December and opened before December 2014, you can waive the annual fee if you complete the required number of transactions before December 2014.
