2. The credit card needs to be activated before it can be used. You can choose the following methods for activation:

1. Self-service activation by phone: Use the home phone or mobile phone reserved when applying for the card. The credit card customer service hotline can be operated according to the voice prompts. Currently, it only supports self-service activation of ID card type accounts.

2. Manual activation by phone: Please call the credit card customer service hotline in person and transfer to manual service. After verifying the information, the card can be activated.

3. Counter activation: The cardholder himself brings the card and the ID used for application to the branch to activate.

4. Palm Bank activation: After logging into Palm Bank, click "Credit Card" - "Settings" - "Card Activation" on the homepage.

5. Online banking activation:
