E-card accounts can be opened through the visual counter (16 years old and above) or at any outlet of the bank (unable to act as an agent). E card is not equipped with physical card for the time being. If you want to use a physical card (such as swiping a card in a shopping mall or withdrawing money from other ATMs), you need to apply for a card.

If you apply for an electronic card at the same time as applying for a credit card, you can activate the electronic card according to the following steps: after logging in to mobile banking, select "Home → All → Assistant → Electronic Card" to enter the activation process. When activated, the initial password is the last 6 digits of the ID number. If there are letters, please move forward one place. You can choose whether to match the card or not.
