If you swipe your card on MasterCard, VISA or JCB international routes, it will be settled in US dollars. After the bill is settled, you can open the function of purchasing foreign exchange and repay the dollar bill in RMB.
If you currently hold a UnionPay credit card, you can swipe your card at the overseas UnionPay line and settle directly in RMB.
For transactions with merchants identified by VISA, Master and JCB in non-US dollar countries, a foreign currency exchange fee of 0.5% of the transaction amount of 65438+ will be charged. Choosing UnionPay line for consumption in dollar countries or overseas transactions will not generate foreign currency exchange fees. It is suggested to declare to merchants that China UnionPay or international card organization channels should be used when swiping cards.
