Jiutai Trade Union Member Service Card is a standard UnionPay debit card jointly issued by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank and Changchun Federation of Trade Unions. This card is also the carrier of building a service-oriented trade union to provide accurate services and inclusive services for its members, and it is also the only identity authentication card for our members in Changchun.

Trade union cards can be roughly divided into four preferential functions. Firstly, the welfare protection provided by Changchun Federation of Trade Unions for its members, such as on-the-job employees' hospitalization subsidies and non-work-related accident insurance. The second is the financial services provided by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank. In addition, the card can use light rail and bus in Changchun, and it is a one-card card for more than 200 cities across the country, and it is also a preferential service for various businesses such as Eurasia Group.
Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank started in Jiutai District and was restructured by Jiutai Rural Credit Cooperative Association in 20 18, becoming the first rural commercial bank in Northeast China approved by the Banking Regulatory Bureau.
