If the customer's credit card belongs to the annual fee concession card, and the annual fee is deducted because the number of transactions consumed or withdrawn in the card-holding year does not meet the conditions of annual fee exemption, the customer can consume or withdraw the corresponding number within three months after the first billing date after the annual fee is generated, and CCB will automatically reduce the annual fee for the customer within seven working days after the transaction is recorded.

For example, customers' credit cards are products with rigid annual fees, such as car cards, exclusive platinum cards, private bank credit cards, diamond cards and global smart cards. Because they have high-end exclusive rights, they can't enjoy the preferential annual fee policy.
