The transfer between Alipay accounts is to the other account immediately, without waiting. If the other party does not receive the payment after payment, please handle it according to the following methods.
Step 1: Let the payee log in to the collection account and check the details of income and expenditure.
Step 2: If no funds are found, please ask the payer to find the corresponding transaction in the transaction record of Alipay account, and check whether the name of the collection account displayed on the page is entered correctly (reminder: the email name and mobile phone name may be different accounts).
Step 3: If the transfer is wrong and the collection account is an active account, the transaction cannot be cancelled, please contact the other party for negotiation. If the collection account is not activated, please log in to the account on the computer, and the words "Cancel the transaction" will be displayed on the page. Just click the refund amount.
