A: You can make an appointment to open a smart card account in mobile banking. You need to register a Netcom user, log in to mobile banking and select "All-Open Card Account-Apply for Savings Card".

B. To make an appointment to open an account on WeChat, you need to pay attention to the official account of "China Merchants Bank" and select "Frequently used-card with prizes" to select the card that needs to be processed.
