The automatic repayment function can be turned off through Bank of Communications related software such as Pay Bar, official credit card mobile website, registered version of online banking and counters.

The most convenient cancellation method is as follows:

1. Download the Bank of Communications credit card software "Pay Now" on your mobile phone, and click to open the mobile App "Pay Now".

2. There is a "My" in the lower right corner of the phone. Click "My" to enter the "My" page.

3. In the "My" page, click the "Customer Service" logo in the upper right corner of the "My" page (the arrow in the picture below points to the location).

4. In the dialog box between the bottom of the page and the online customer service, enter "Cancel automatic repayment".

5. After entering, the customer service will automatically reply. Click on the "Closing Channel for Bank of Communications Automatic Repayment" in the red box in the picture below.

6. After clicking "Closing channel for automatic repayment of Bank of Communications", customer service will automatically reply. Click "Please click here" in the red box in the picture below.

7. After clicking, the system will automatically enter the "Automatic Repayment" page. Click "Cancel Automatic Repayment" as shown in the red box in the picture below.

8. A dialog box will pop up with the prompt "No automatic deduction will be made after cancellation, confirm the cancellation", click "OK".

9. The system will automatically send a verification code. Enter the verification code received by the reserved mobile phone number.

10. After entering the verification code sent by the reserved mobile phone number, click "Confirm Submission" shown in the red box below to cancel automatic repayment.
