What if the credit card is unexpectedly overdue once?
If the credit card is unexpectedly overdue once, as long as it is saved in time, there will be no adverse effects. If it is within the grace period of credit card repayment, there is no problem at all. If the repayment grace period is exceeded, there will be overdue penalty interest, which will be borne by the cardholder. Whether it will affect the credit information depends on your overdue time.

If you accidentally overdue your credit card once, you must do the following two things immediately:

1, pay off the debt.

Know that the first time is overdue, pay off the arrears in full (overdue principal+penalty interest), and cannot repay by installments or with the minimum repayment amount.

Step 2 contact the bank on your own initiative

After paying off the arrears, take the initiative to call the customer service phone of the issuing bank, indicating that you are accidentally overdue, not malicious. If the bank does not upload overdue records, it is generally fine; If the overdue record has been uploaded, you can ask the bank to issue a "non-malicious overdue certificate", which may be helpful to you in the future.
