1. Spend 10,000 yuan within one year. Everyone who knows Xinyue members knows this.

2. Once the Tenpay level reaches level 4, Tenpay LV4 members will be directly activated to become Xinyue members.

3. Bind the Industrial and Commercial Peony iGo Card. This is a credit card (only in Shenzhen area) and you will receive three months of SVIP. Tenpay SVIP users can automatically have Caiyue membership status.

Member judgment criteria:

Step 1. When the growth value reaches 10,000, the growth value in the next 365 days will only be Increase but not decrease;

Step 2. If the growth value reaches 50,000, 100,000 or 800,000 within 365 days, you will automatically become a VIP level 1, 2 or 3 member;

Step 3. If the growth value fails to reach 50,000 during this period, recalculate the growth value according to step 1.
