1. Salary account (based on transactions within six months) and value identification card account. If the payment is made through the "one card" gold card/general card (including international card, UnionPay card, IC gold card and salary e card), the card account management fee will be exempted;
(The account management fee is not charged for the value identification card regardless of whether there is a consignment transaction, and the new E card is only exempted if there is a consignment transaction).
2. Co-branded card customers: Co-branded cards signed by specific enterprises in Harbin are temporarily exempted from personal account management fees, such as Yuanda co-branded cards; QQ Co-branded Card, Ice and Snow Capital Card, Baidu, etc. Those that have not signed with specific enterprises in Harbin need to be charged.
3. Loan customers. For personal loans (including housing mortgage loans, automobile mortgage, personal business loans, personal pledge loans and other personal loans), the "one-card" gold card/ordinary card is exempt from account management fees, including secondary deduction accounts.
4. Special groups are exempt from account management fees: Special groups include: low-income customers (minimum living allowance certificate is required), enterprise annuity accounts, pension accounts, medical insurance accounts, unemployment insurance accounts, housing provident fund accounts, and Red Cross donation accounts (referring to accounts that have received donations from the Red Cross and have donated any amount in the previous 12 months).
5. Staff. All the "all-in-one-card" gold cards, ordinary cards and passbooks under the names of employees are exempt from account management fees.
