Legal analysis: If you lend a credit card to someone else and they don’t repay the loan, the credit card holder should bear legal responsibility. If there is evidence that the other party spent the money, you can sue the other party in court to have the other party repay the loan. If there is no evidence, you can only bear the responsibility for repayment and refuse to repay. If the amount is large, you will be suspected of credit card fraud.
