1. After confirming that the credit card to be applied for has no outstanding balance, the cardholder can call the credit card customer service hotline on the back of the card.

2. Submit an application to cancel the card to the customer service staff and wait for notification from the bank.

3. After the bank informs you to go to the counter to cancel the card, the cardholder needs to go to the branch to fill out the cancellation application form, sign a cancellation agreement with the bank, and take photos for archiving.

4. Sign your name on the bank cancellation registration form. After verifying your identity, the staff will cut the card in person to complete the card cancellation.
