The VIP card of Postal Savings Bank of China is exempt from VIP production fee; VIP customer service fee is not charged for the time being.

Inter-provincial deposit handling fees, inter-provincial withdrawal handling fees, and inter-provincial transfer handling fees enjoy a 20% discount; if VIP customers fail to meet the VIP rating standards for two consecutive quarters, Postal Savings Bank will cancel VIP customers qualifications.

Any Postal Savings Bank customer with financial assets (including loans) of up to 100,000 yuan can apply for a Postal Savings Bank VIP Gold Card at any Postal Savings Bank outlet with valid documents.

Postal Savings Bank of China will launch VIP Gold Card in August 2013. This card is a major measure for Postal Savings Bank of China to upgrade its services and actively reward customers. The VIP Gold Card has functions such as consumption settlement, transfer payment, cash deposits and withdrawals, and financial management services. With the VIP Gold Card, customers can enjoy corresponding levels of VIP services provided by Postal Savings Bank of China.
