If the cardholder fails to repay the credit card bill on time for three consecutive months, ICBC has the right to take legal measures to recover the debt. This regulation aims to protect the rights and interests of banks and also reminds cardholders to fulfill their repayment obligations on time. If the card is overdue for more than 90 days, it is recommended that the cardholder contact the bank as soon as possible and explain the situation to avoid further legal disputes.
