According to the current Measures for Income Distribution of Bank Card Interbank Transactions of China UnionPay Network Access Institutions, all settlement fees of bank card acquiring business are borne by merchants, but the rates implemented by different industries are different, ranging from 0.5% to 4%. Generally speaking, the charge standard of credit card in retail industry is 0.8%- 1%, supermarket is 0.5%, and catering industry is 2%.
