Don't apply for a new card, apply for your original card to be unfrozen, and then you can use the old card after restoring the normal state of the original card. It usually takes about 2 years to maintain a good credit record and refresh your original bad record.

Note: If the original malicious overdraft is not paid back, even if the status of the application card is normal, it is not high, but this is the only way. I might as well give it a try and hope to help you!
