Dunning companies must abide by the provisions of the law when dunning debts, and must not use violence to dunning debts. It is illegal to use violent means in the assembly. Whoever intentionally harms the health of others in the process of collection shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance according to law. Those who cause serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; Whoever causes death or serious disability by particularly cruel means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.
Third-party collection violations are as follows:
1. It is illegal for the collection personnel to collect the cardholder's relatives;
2. The collection personnel violently enter the cardholder's house without permission, scaring the minors and the elderly at home;
3. The collection personnel beat or intentionally hurt the cardholder at home, or use kidnapping, paint splashing, extortion and other methods in the collection process.
To sum up, dunning enterprises are legal as long as they are established according to law. When collecting debts, the collection enterprise shall abide by the law and discipline, and shall not collect debts by violence.

Where there are more than two creditors, the subject matter may be divided. If each creditor enjoys the creditor's rights by shares, it is the creditor's rights by shares; If there are two or more debtors, the subject matter can be divided, and each debtor bears the debt according to its share, it is a debt by share.
If it is difficult to determine the share of the creditor or debtor according to the share, it shall be deemed that the share is the same.
