CCB credit cards cannot be interviewed across markets. The credit card interview process is as follows:

1. Enter the bank's PBCS low-counter system and select one-stop service (left side of the page) - credit card Interview (upper right corner).

2. Enter the application number, mobile phone number, and ID number. If you don’t know the application number, you can call customer service directly to inquire.

3. Print the application form, copy your ID card, and sign for confirmation.

4. The bank staff confirms that it is the applicant himself who interviews the applicant.

5. After final confirmation, the system will display that the interview was successful.

Generally, the card will be issued within two days after the interview is successful.
