You can check the debit card number through the following channels:
1. Mobile Banking: Log in to Mobile Banking 6.0 and click "Home-My Account-Account Management-View Complete Account Information" to enter; Log in to Mobile Banking 7.0, click "Home-All-Bank Card-Management under Corresponding Card Number-View Complete Account Information" to enter, and enter the verification code to query the complete account that has been added to Mobile Banking.
2. Personal online banking: click "Account-Account Balance Query" to query the complete account that has been added to personal online banking.
3.95568 Telephone voice: You can dial 95568- press 1 Debit Card Service-select the media-free card number to inquire, enter the ID number, reserved mobile phone number and SMS verification code to inquire about the media-free 2+N card number.
4. Remote Banking: After logging in to mobile banking, select "Remote Banking/Help" in the upper right corner of the homepage and click "Other Services-Call Remote Agent" to query the complete account by video. Electronic accounts opened through self-owned channels and tripartite channels can be inquired through remote banks.
5. Counter outlets: You can bring your valid ID card to any outlet of our bank for inquiry.
