1. individual customers:

(1) credit card: the cardholder's valid identity document, the vehicle application certificate or motor vehicle registration certificate, and the credit card with UnionPay logo in my name.

(2) Debit card: the cardholder's valid identity document, the driving certificate of the vehicle applying for signing the contract, and the debit card issued by the Bank of China in Zhejiang Province. When signing the contract, the available balance of the debit card should be above RMB 5 yuan, and the relevant application form should be filled in.

2. Corporate clients:

Copy of corporate client's certificate (business license, organization code certificate, ETC.), original and copy of the vehicle driving license for signing the contract, power of attorney issued by the company and stamped with the official seal, valid identity certificate of the trustee, and fill in relevant application forms.

3. OBU application: OBU must go to the ETC one-stop outlet of China Bank for application, installation and activation.

4. You can choose to bind your personal credit card/debit card with ETC card. In principle, one credit card can be bound to two cars at most, and only one credit card can be bound to one car. Credit card holders must personally handle the signing and binding relationship. Considering that the deposit of debit card can't correspond to the bound ETC vehicle information respectively, it is limited that a debit card is bound to only one vehicle ETC account.
