1. Call the customer service number to cancel the credit card

You can apply for card cancellation by calling the 24-hour customer service hotline of the bank's credit card. There must be no outstanding balance in the account when canceling the card, and to ensure the security of the account, the card must be with you when canceling the card over the phone.

2. Go to the bank counter to cancel the credit card

If your bank credit card is no longer used and lost, you can only go to the bank branch to cancel the credit card. If there are new accounts payable within 45 days (inclusive) of card cancellation, you will still be responsible for it. If there is no outstanding balance or over-deposit in the account 45 days after the card is canceled, the system will automatically cancel the account without any procedures.

Credit card consumption is a non-cash transaction payment method. There is no need to pay cash when consumption, and repayment will be made on the billing date.
