In the interface of Amazon homepage, click My Account.

Click Register Now.

In the global store opening interface, click Register Now.

Step 4 Click to create your Amazon account.

In the Register Now interface, click Create Your Amazon Account.

Step 5: Enter your name, email address and mm.

In the interface of creating your Amazon account, enter your name, email address and mm.

Step 6 Click Next.

After entering your name, email address and MM, click Next.

Step 7 Enter the verification code

In the interface for verifying email address, enter the verification code.

Step 8 Click to create your Amazon account.

After entering the verification code, click Create Your Amazon Account.

Basic registration process

Create an account → fill in company information → fill in credit card and bank account number → fill in store information → verify identity and address.

(1) Create an account

(1) Click the registration link and click "createyourAmazonaccounts". Please don't enter your email address and password directly when registering a new account;

② When registering a new account, Amazon will send an email containing the verification code to the email address provided by you _ If you can't receive it, please try several times;

③ Enterprise name: If the legal enterprise name is displayed too long, it is suggested that there are no spaces between characters, and only the company name can be written without the provinces and cities.

(2) Fill in the enterprise information &; personal information

Who is the "beneficiary"?

Beneficial owners own or control the enterprise by directly or indirectly owning more than 25% of the company's equity or voting rights. In order to avoid unnecessary troubles, it is suggested to be a company entity with simple ownership structure, such as 100% sole proprietorship or 90% and 10%.

② Identity information of legal representative: If it is a long-term valid ID card, please fill in the farthest date in the optional range _ please fill in the name of legal representative in Chinese characters.

Warm suggestion: If the ID card of the main contact person is about to expire, it is recommended to change the new ID card before registering.

① Business license address or actual business address of the company: please fill in as required. Please fill in (Chinese characters) in Chinese _ If the format is wrong, a corresponding prompt will pop up (as shown above).

Warm suggestion: 1, the address is complete and clear; 2, fill in Chinese characters, don't write typos; You can search on the map first and see if you can find the address you filled in; 4. Please pay attention to the "red letter" prompt in the registration interface; 5. Each horizontal frame is limited to about 60 characters.

1. Before filling in the credit card information, please check:

① For credit cards that can make international payments, it is necessary to confirm that the payment function in the currency of the selling country is enabled (for example, the credit card should support payment in US dollars when registering for the North American station).

② The card is still valid (not expired) and there is enough available quota.

③ There is no restriction on online shopping or mail order payment.

2. Charging address: This address must be the same as the billing address of the bank's reserved credit card statement.

3. North America/Japan/Australia credit card holders and account registrants do not need to be the same person, and personal credit cards can also be used in company accounts; Credit card information in Europe suggests using the legal person/beneficiary's credit card.

4. What credit cards do you accept?

Accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Other payment methods, such as prepaid credit card, gift certificate, check or online payment system (PayPal), are not accepted.

(3) Fill in the account number of the credit card receiving bank.

There are three methods to choose from for the receiving bank account:

① Global collection: directly use domestic local bank accounts to accept global RMB payment, saving the trouble of maintaining domestic bank accounts or third-party accounts.

② Overseas bank card: receive Amazon payment in local currency/Hong Kong dollars _ Select the location of the receivable account and fill in the bank account information.

③ Use the bank account provided by the payment service provider participating in the payment service provider plan. (as shown in the figure below)

(4) Store and commodity information

① Can I update the store name in the future?

Yes You can visit the Settings tab of the seller's account and provide a new company name.

② What is UPC?

In most cases, Amazon will ask sellers to provide industry-standard commodity codes, such as Universal Commodity Code (UPC) or ISBN of books. )

③ Why should we provide trademark information?

Amazon brand registration can help you protect your registered trademark and create an accurate and trustworthy experience for buyers. At present, both non-brand sellers and brand sellers can register Amazon seller accounts.

(5) authentication

First, upload the front and back of your ID card and a photo/color scan of your business license.

(2) If you see a red information correction page when submitting _ Please check the email informing you of the failure reason in the registered mailbox, and resubmit as required, with a total of three chances to resubmit.

③ Uploaded files must be legible _ Black and white copies, screen shots and pictures are not accepted.

It should be noted that the ID card is easy to reflect light when shooting. Please try to take clear, bright and readable pictures _ and the file is less than 10MB. Supported formats are png, tiff, tif, jpg, jpeg and pdf.

After authentication, there will be verification of video calls and postcards. Need a backstage appointment. The yellow box in the appointment time indicates the available time. After the appointment is completed, you will receive an email with more details within 24 hours. This email will confirm the appointment time of your video verification. You can cancel or change the appointment.

The above picture shows the specific file requirements for video verification. First, the legal representative of the company is required to attend the meeting. If you are not the legal representative of the company, you must obtain the investment right of the company to act on behalf of the legal representative, and you must bring the originals of the following documents to the meeting:

(1) Valid identification certificate of the legal representative of the company (issued by the government with photos).

(2) my valid identity document "with photos issued by the government".

③ Smartphone or tablet with Alipay application installed.

We will confirm whether your employer name matches the company name associated with your sales account through "housing subsidy inquiry" or "social security inquiry". So as not to affect the progress of certification. Please complete the setting of "housing subsidy" or "social security inquiry" account on Alipay before making an appointment.

After the video is verified successfully, a green box with a tick will be displayed to prove that the current authentication has been successful.

After that, the address verification will receive a postcard, which will be sent from the United States, about 7~ 10 working days. If not, please contact the investment manager or account manager for information.

After you get it, fill in the address verification code on the postcard in the OTP column of the registration interface, and you can get the video verification result.

(6) Certification result (e-mail notification)

After the verification is completed, Amazon will send it to your email. Please note that the email suffix of the Amazon team is @ amazon.com.

When you have completed and successfully passed the verification, please log in to SellerCentral, and then open the "I want to open a shop" account after completing the corresponding operations at various sites.

Among them, North America Station needs to provide tax information; Japan/Australia needs to check the deposit account information; After the European station enters SellerCentral, it may trigger a hydropower audit.

Finally, the authentication result, there will be three situations.

(1) successfully passed the audit, and you can log in to multiple websites. At present, the 13 site is opened with one button;

(2) The submitted documents do not conform to the specifications, and can be changed and resubmitted;

③ Account information cannot be verified, and account registration failed. For example, the identity information does not match, and the business license involves leave. The new information needs to be collated and re-verified.
