The ATM borrowed cash in advance and didn't spit out the money. Please contact the bank to which the ATM belongs in the way indicated on the ATM, or call China UnionPay customer service number 955 16, or call our customer service hotline.

If you accidentally swallow your card, please contact the bank of the ATM immediately. If necessary, please check with the ATM bank the next day (within one week at the latest) after swallowing the card and get the credit card. The card must be collected from the bank by itself, and it is not allowed to be collected on its behalf.
