There are several channels for applying for a CITIC Bank credit card, including official website application, WeChat application, mobile phone SMS application and bank branch application:

1. Official website application. Apply online. After passing the preliminary review, bring the original second-generation ID card (temporary ID card, household registration book, household registration certificate and other materials) to the designated outlet for confirmation.

2. WeChat application: Follow the CITIC Bank Credit Card WeChat official account, click "Quick Card Application" to enter the credit card page. Click "Apply Now" on the credit card page, fill in the basic information and follow the page prompts.

3. Mobile phone text message application: Send the text message "BKSQ" edited on your mobile phone to 106980095558. Within three working days, the bank will have dedicated staff to assist with the application.

4. Application at a business outlet: Applicants can bring their ID card, proof of work, and proof of financial resources to any CITIC Bank outlet to fill out a paper application form.

Only Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old and not over 60 years old can apply for a CITIC credit card. CITIC Bank will conduct a comprehensive review based on the personal information provided by the applicant, and the applicant will be notified of the application result by SMS.
