Card activation

The card you received is not yet activated. You need to go to our bank’s business outlets to activate the card. Set transaction password and query password.

The transaction password is used for cash withdrawal and consumption; the query password is used for calling the customer service hotline or registering for additional online banking. After the card is activated, pay attention to the activation SMS reminder sent by the Postal Savings Bank. If the card has not been activated but you receive the card activation SMS reminder, call the credit card customer service hotline to inform the situation in time to ensure the security of the account.

After the card is activated and the password is set, you can use the card to make purchases normally.
